December 25, 2011 - sweet, slightly viscous, nice acidity. Paired really well with both French Onion soup (made with 1/2 bottle of 09 Bella Zinfandel) and honey glazed ham. Should also pair well with thai food, especially tom kha. Really a nice geeked wine.
