  April 5, 2024 - No formal notes, but this was a lovely bottle of wine.
  We did not decant. Based on what the bottle showed, a short decant would have been appropriate.
  By the end of the bottle, this wine had really started to "sing."

  January 15, 2023 - Very good. Still young. Medium body. Good finish. No negatives. Good nose. Wish I had more. Last bottle.

  December 31, 2021 - A lovely wine for New Years Eve dinner - twenty-six years and still going strong. It is definitely a tribute to Chuck Wagner. It had lovely aromatics (mainly red fruit with notes of eucalyptus and a hint of bell pepper), smooth and balanced on the palate with that lovely red fruit and a wonderful finish. Hopefully my last bottle will be as wonderful.
