January 1, 2024 - Not bad, not horribly sweet like cheap sparklers can be. Bubbles are not exciting however and could use more acidity. Ultimately, not much going on here but decent for the price.

December 9, 2023 - The Sixth Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine (Houston, Texas): Retail $26. 73% Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir, 1% Pinot Meunier. A little bit of golden color here with the autolytic (yeasty) component on the nose. The palate starts out fantastic: yeasty, baked apple, wonderful. It finishes a bit short, which is the only real strike against it. Excellent. 91 Points.

December 21, 2022 - The Fifth Annual Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine: Retail $26. 73% Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir, 1% Pinot Meunier. Quite pale with another odd nose, almost like a hair dryer hair thing going on. The palate is ten times better, though, with great fruit, acid, and balance. 89 Points.
