October 16, 2022 - Maybe slightly past prime. But still amazing. The color was almost a golden rose’. Mouth feel was thick and luscious.
Spicy, oily and slightly sweet. Excellent balance. -

It lacked the zip of Riesling. Good medium finish, but I had hoped this would be more tasty. With Thai salad, it was fine but not in great shape.
