January 21, 2015 - Decanted but poured after only about 20 minutes - could have used more time - evolved nicely into a mid toned supple spicy very drinkable wine.
January 17, 2015 - Finished off the bottle that we Coravined over the holidays. Haven't changed my initial Thoughts. This is a very nice Rhone styled Syrah,
which usually means not what most people are expecting.
Color is deep, nose I full of fruit , some leather, earth and soft wood. Mouth feel is dense but not overly heavy. Compared to how I remember it when purchased, its time.
Also - now that I actually pulled the cork I can see the seal isn't great. I checked the other 2 and can see seepage in one. if you have this wine, best to inspect your inventory.
December 28, 2014 - Nice Syrah. Had it with duck cassoulet and it had mellowed more than enough not to overpower the food. 2 bottles left – my advice is drink up what you’ve got.

October 1, 2013 - A bit overextracted, but some nice complexity. Not worth the price.
January 19, 2013 - Popped and Not decanted but left open for an hour before pouring and drinking. Pleasantly surprised by this. Was expecting a typical big California Syrah but got this Rhone style that was much more complicated and no where near as heavy. Really good but took some getting used to!
December 12, 2012 - young but approachable - should develop with some time
May 7, 2012 - Young still but with good potential. taste of alcoohol on the palate. need to revisit in a few years.
