March 4, 2011 - Not much more than oak and butter. Nice, smooth finish finish, making it enjoyable.
January 16, 2010 - Very nice for the price. Did not think this was a Cali chard at first - too austere. But warmed up nicely in the glass and was clean and crisp. Long finish - that's where the oak showed up - in good balance with the acid, subtle fruits.
January 4, 2010 - The flavors and aromas don't match here. I get wild yeasts and tropical fruits like kiwi and mango on the nose. But the flavors are subdued, crisp and fresh. No malo.
