December 31, 2010 - Got into this with foie gras on New Years. Easily bested the Chateau des Charmes we had it with but was a disappointment overall given the price point. Lacks the acidity and balance I need in wines like this.

February 5, 2006 - Gorgeous golden robe. Floral nose. Oily, sweet, onctuous in the mouth. Nice acidity. Medium length finish. My first icewine - will buy again!
Magnifique robe mordorée. Nez floral. Huileux, doux, onctueux en bouche. Belle acidité. Finale de longueur moyenne. Mon premier vin de glace - j'en achèterai encore!
