    September 24, 2020 - Surprisingly this is still good! The cork came out without trouble. A nice pop sound as well. Immediate nose of fruit from the bottle. No signs of oxidation on the nose or palate. Tannins are very low at this point not surprisingly, but acidity is racing and fruit is still strong. The nose at this point reminds me of Burgundy with a Barbaresco twist. Tart cherry palate, medium+ finish. A tad sweet (red licorice flavor). Overall, a really delightful experience. I wish now that I had waited 3 more years and opened it on the 50th, but who would have guessed...
