September 10, 2014 - Dinner at Elite (Elite Chinese Restaurant - Los Angeles, CA): Exotic and spicy, this was delicious. Only had a small taste, but the tropical fruits were awesome.

June 2, 2012 - 375ml btl. Ummm.... It was still Alive strongly even 2 months ago. This time,,, today,,, well... It's Not Fruity at all on the nose. It lost all of sudden its own German Riesling Chracteristics. Used to have very pleasant&strong Lychee on the Nose. Don't wanna say "Fading". It's dead I think. It tastes just like any other ice-wine. Only I could smell or taste was "honey". Still have couple more bottles. I thought this can age more&better. No complexities. Tastes like syrup. What happened during 2 months? Hope it's because of just bottle variation.

Pricey!!!($22.99 for 375ml), but it's worthy. Wish I can have more bottles on my cellar.

8/2/2008 (link)(Rebholz Gewurztraminer Spatlese) This was profound as it always is. Nose of ripe lychee, coffee beans and white bean puree. Really trippy nose. Fleeting hints of rose and ocean air. Such a minerally version of Gewurztraminer. The palate had brilliant balance and crunch due to the fresh and crisp acids. Long detailed finish. A lovely bitterness invites you for more and more.
