August 18, 2013 - Coming together well. Touch of volatility when opened, but quickly blew off. Surprisingly rich, tasting like a cross between old and new world Bordeaux blend. Not sure how much merlot, but (appropriate) softness throughout the wine suggests to me a good bit. Wasn't sure when last tasted 3 years or so ago if this would come around, but it has, and has more life in front of it.

June 23, 2011 - - Purple color with medium forming legs and aromas of cedar, oak and cherry. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry and black currant with a medium/full body. Round texture with a medium finish - First bottle of my stash. Tastes very nice, getting smooth, but not there yet. It can sit for longer, notes from the winery have aging till 2014, but drinking well now.
