December 28, 2023 - Had it in December 28, 2023 and it was very, very good. Just the right time to open it. Amazing value. Smooth, silky with a long finish.

February 17, 2023 - 醒酒一个小时，深茶色，闻香是香草奶油，青椒，雪松，黑果和桉树叶的味道，入口酸度高，青味很重，酒液咸，收口甜，单宁紧涩，以黑果香气为主，满口香草奶油味。风格比较直接，橡木桶影响明显，细节表现很像新世界的酒，虽然青味很重，但长时间的陈年增加了复杂度，并让酒达到一个比较平衡的状态，处在适饮巅峰期的一款酒。

September 22, 2022 - Brought to Max's for group dinner with Eyal. This bottle was nice and still had plenty of fruit and depth. But the tannins were still on the aggressive side and the finish was a bit austere. Better with red meat than other things. Good, but not great, and not as good as some previous bottles. Inclined to hold these longer.
