  August 11, 2014 - Good bottle. Big and almost jammy syrup like nose. Black and sweet with highly extracted fruit. Palate is fine though with dark chocolate and delicate oak. Very little tannins. No question this one is on the way down.

  April 4, 2014 - Consistent with previous notes. A little medicine nose on opening, which soon turns to pleasant red fruit aroma. A little heat on the back of the palate. However, the fruit soon gives away to overwhelming oaky taste in the glass. Cannot grasp why, but time to drink up for sure.

  January 19, 2014 - PNP. Deep purple in color. Initially strong medicine nose, but quickly it gives away to delicate dark fruit aroma. Very little tannins left. Dark chocolate note on the back of the palate with a little spice. Long finish. IMHO, this is a food wine and it should go well with flavorful fares.
