    April 10, 2015 - Wow. Well deserved this rating. Strawberry, sweetened red raspberry concentrate, prune, honey wax, slightly ripe tomato on the vine, kilned cedar, leather, olive brine and cranberry. Wonderfully integrated wine with a balance of black pepper and anise.

    March 27, 2014 - Campillo Vertical tasting (Bodega Santa Cecilia - Madrid): Less evolution here than Reserva 2004
    Salty sunflowers on the nose with a green pepper touch. Rustic a little atypical o unpleasant, isn't it James?
    Palate isn't completely ready but you may feel that structure that 2001 vintage puts on.
    I ve been waiting for more...

    Pipas de girasol en nariz con un toque a pimiento. Rústica y un poquito atípico o desagradable, ¿verdad Jaime?
    En boca no está totalmente listo pero se nota la estructura que aporta la añada. Para esta botella se debería esperar más...

    August 4, 2012 - Very underwhelming for the price that I paid. There was nothing technically wrong with the wine, it just didn't have that something extra to justify the pricepoint ($40). Went well enough with steak, lost something once the food was gone. Acids dominated, fruit was toned down. Drink up.

    2/17 Rico Reserva. Super valor si lo comparas con el Reserva Especial. Caja de especias en una nariz aristocrática. Perfectamente equilibrado en boca entre acidez y amargor. Un toque de fineza. En este punto, delicioso y altamente recomendado.
