January 25, 2013 - Same score, slightly different wine. A bit darker than previous bottles, perhaps a bit of oxidization. Opened up a bit over time. Drink up. I see no reason to hold this bottle if you have one.

July 4, 2011 - No news. See previous TNs. Still, a decent bottle.

March 3, 2011 - Same TN as previous bottle. Light, pleasant. A bit better toward the end of the bottle. I have two more, and I may hold one just to see what some more age does -- but then again, I may not. :-)

February 7, 2011 - This bottle was pleasant, although the flavors were not that rich or deep. Good balance with a hint of age. Given that this is a 10 year old sort of introductory level bottle of Burgundy, I would say that it is time to drink these up if you have them.

March 28, 2010 - The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Chateau Lay): Pale color with notes of stone fruit and apple. Nice acidity, with apple and orchard fruit tones on the palate.

December 23, 2008 - Cali style butter bomb on nose, but smooth seductive flavor. A hint of oxidation initially which quickly blew off, then elegant rich tropical flavors. A real pleasure to drink over two days.
