April 2, 2017 - Perfect now. Crisp but rich, layered flavors of melon, citrus, guava. I wouldn't wait - excellent on first day but started to degrade a bit on day two.
December 8, 2016 - Straw color. Mineral and citrus …delicate in style. Well balanced. 92
April 7, 2015 - Drinking well right now - I opened first bottle of my case and was surprised how well this was doing for such a firm year. Still lots of time ahead but fine now. Citrus, floral, reserved.
June 11, 2013 - Citrus and some tropical fruits on the nose. Some stones and minerals, but disappearing a bit in the baby fat. Hold for a few more years.
January 24, 2013 - Restaurant in Bangkok.
Fresh tangy with some creamy oak. Plenty of chalkiness on the palate.
November 14, 2012 - A pale green to straw colour with medium intensity on the nose.
Positives: One of the best Chablis I have tried. The Premier Cru Chablis features white and pink grapefruit, lemon, green apples, anjou pear, honey, limestone, lemon zest, honeydew melon, and honeysuckle and jasmine on the nose. Medium body with good acidity and a long length.
Drink now or over the next 5 years, on its own or pair it with oysters.

November 3, 2012 - no sign of tiredness. this bottle (again) has a razor-sharp focus. citrus blossom, apple, liqiud stone/ fleur de sel, fresh toast. wonderful companion for sea bass (cooked in a Chavy Bourgogne 2007 with tomatoes, sea weed, roasted garlic, lemon, olive oil, touch of bacon and tarragon). drink now or finish before 2014. This is Chablis.
October 4, 2012 - This wine is getting tired drink up..
September 21, 2012 - Always reliable pure lemon and stone ocean .
September 10, 2012 - Light color. Pure, more on delicate side. Citrus with some minerals. Not as much cut as expected, but nice balance.
