  January 9, 2015 - A wonderful merlot that drinks more like a zin; plum and spice detected on the nose; beautiful, deep brick red in color; great taste and structure!

  March 22, 2013 - My last of four bottles. First one was scored a 92 and I stand by it. I think this wine shined best young. Still quite nice though, with a pretty nose, plum and darker fruits and a hint of anise. Right now acidity is outpacing fruit by a little.

  January 21, 2012 - Previously scored a 92 and a 90. This was a little shy but air time helped bring out some nice dark fruit and subtle secondary character. Integrated tannins and soft feel. Quite nice but I think some of the charm with this wine was with its youthful power. Not scored.
