January 15, 2021 - Immer noch voll da, wirklich schön, wie der Wein auf der längeren Strecke besteht. Extrem erfreulich!
May 30, 2020 - Drunk from magnum over two days, very kind and open from the beginning, even smoother on d+1. Really nice wine for the price back then.
February 29, 2020 - Very smooth feeling. Plum and greenery tastes. A little bit of oak char flavor detracts as well as mouth-drying tannin.
August 23, 2019 - Lots of cherry and baking spice on the nose. Still drinking quite well. Started out very spicy but after a couple of hours it has softened well. Has some black pepper, leather, cherry, and plum. I can’t imagine it will get any better so drink up!
May 14, 2019 - Tanique et asséchant, long mais avec de la chauffe.

May 16, 2018 - Still very dark purple/ruby, holding colour to the rim, not really showing its age. Great legs.
Fairly intense nose that is all about black fruits and spice.
This is still really vigorous on the palate, lots of black fruit, inky, still moderate tannin and acidity. It shows substantial extraction (very Rolland). Perhaps a little monolithic but it's a pretty good wine for the money.
I don't think it'll fall over anytime soon and might've been interesting to track its onward development but that was my last!
January 21, 2018 - Wird immer besser, herrlich dichtes, weiches, geradezu veloursartiges Tanin, süße Schwarzkirschmarmelade, Rauch, entwickelt wirklich Körper und Länge.
October 14, 2017 - Classic Bordeaux nose and palate with cassis, blackberry and tobacco. Dark fruits on the palate with ample acidity and tannins.
December 4, 2016 - Heut in sehr guter Form! Richtig gut, tief, trinkig!
