October 5, 2019 - Really nice with flavors of green apple and just a hint of sweetness that disappears in a cloud of subtle acidity.

May 31, 2017 - Yummy. Pear and peach with lively acidity. At touch of melon as well. Great bottle.

April 2, 2017 - Intense, exotic. Shows petrol and the ripeness of the vintage with mango and other tropical fruits.

March 25, 2017 - Tasted as part of the "50 Years of Ch. Ste. Michelle" seminar at 2017 Taste of Washington. (Four Seasons Seattle): Tasted as part of the "50 Years of Ch. Ste. Michelle" seminar at 2017 Taste of Washington. Light gold color. Wonderful nose of flower, petrol, and mango that is unique to aged Riesling. Stone fruit, good acidity, and some spice in the mouth. The finish is long, with a toasty element and spice added to the stone fruit. This bottle showed beautifully.

February 24, 2017 - Absolutely delicious. Lots of pear and tropical fruit with bracing acidity on the finish. Consumed with miso marinated black cod. Great pairing.

(Chateau Ste. Michelle & Dr. Loosen Riesling Eroica) Ste. Michelle winemaker Bob Bertheau and the Mosel’s Ernst Loosen select specific sites in the Columbia Valley for this joint venture and blend them for balance and complexity. Their 2007 is vibrant, with pear, apricot, and lime aromas and a crisp, minerally, off-dry finish. Easily one of the best Rieslings from the United States. Winery Spotlight: Domaine Marcel Deiss
