June 30, 2012 - Absolutely wonderful off dry wine. Paired with a spicy jerk chicken (cooked on a big green egg) and went fabulous. Saved a bit for poached pears with scones and vanilla ice cream and also stood up well against all the richness of that dish. Very versatile and welcoming Chaume. 91 points.
