October 2, 2010 - We aerated and kept this open in decanter for 2 hours. That was necessary as the wine took some time to develop over the 2 hour period. Once sufficiently aerated, the smell of sour cherries, tobacco, dark chocolate in this med-light bodied wine made us swoon and the flavours and finish were very consistent with the smell. This is not just a wine drinking experience but a euphoric journey with every smell and sip!
