November 11, 2023 - ESTG Châteauneuf-du-Pape: Huge, spicy, powerful, a massive wall of intensity. Alcohol is quite prominent, powerful, searing. Unevolved. Upon reveal, 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvedre.

November 3, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours. Great nose and powerful well-integrated palate. The high Mourvèdre content pairs well with the garlic in Greek tzatziki on gyros and kebobs. Perhaps a bit much on its own, but paired well it was excellent.

October 20, 2023 - Gang of 4 Sweet Lake Farewell tasting (@ RW): Luxurious bouquet with cigar, garrigue and dark berries. Same on the palate, sweet and salty licorice root, coffee, fresh acidity, round and soft tannin. Ready now, beautiful complexity and also enough power for another 3-5+ years.
