March 22, 2024 - Always such a pleasure to drink. Crisp red fruit on the nose and palate. Light and balanced fruit. Good entry into spring.

March 10, 2024 - Lovely Brut Rosé with plenty of green apple, red and citrus fruit, minerality and a touch of sweetness, very fine bubbles. Good value too

    March 1, 2024 - Drank the 2022 and 2023 disgorgements sequentially.

Disgorged March 2022. Lots of red cherry, strawberry and toast. Well balanced. Deep flavor, but light in style. Very yummy.

Disgorged February 2023. Similar notes with more lemon and toast, but still loads of red fruit. Rounder and more candied. I preferred this one.

Both great, slightly different. Both delicious. Wouldn’t have noticed a difference if we didn’t drink them back-to-back. Great QPR.

December 29, 2023 - Year-end gathering with high-school friends: Both of these bottles showed much better than my previous experience at the start of the month. Creamy but elegant and light, very fresh strawberry fruit. More like the Hebrart I know and a crowd favourite.

December 19, 2023 - I've had over 13 bottles of this rose from several different dicorgements and the consistency of quality for the price is just amazing. I highly recommend to keep this 1-2 years minimun post discorgement to really open up that toastiness this wine has.

It has ripe red berries, toast and minerality. Its not too complex, but just enough for next sip to be interesting. A real crowdpleaser champagne for me. I dig it.

December 9, 2023 - A blend of 55% Chardonnay, 38.5% Pinot Noir, and 6.5% Mareuil Rouge. 12.5% ABV. Disgorged 18 October 2022. Medium pink. Strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, watermelon, ripe citrus, peach, biscuit, croissant, with good acidity, fine, creamy mousse, and very good length. Fruit-driven, with a medium to light body, and very good persistence.

December 1, 2023 - Disgorged April 2022. 55% Chardonnay, 38.5% Pinot Noir, Mareuil rouge 6.5%. Salmon pink in colour. Creamy strawberry fruit, came across as rather one-dimensional because of the sweetness.
