2007 - this once great wine has passed it's prime. Sour nose and flat body. Did not hold up like some of the other older wines. drink now -

January 11, 2012 - The first sip of this wine gave a strong recollection of cherry cough syrup. But I decided to give it a chance, ignored it for awhile and tried again after it sat in the glass. Big improvement. Still had definite dark cherry but no longer syrup-like. An interesting and unique Rhone style blend from the lower Columbia Valley, though more fruit forward than its French cousins.

December 5, 2010 - Tart cherry and cranberry on the nose, red tart fruits on the palate. Soft silky tannins. Vanilla and toasty oak on the finish.
