Community Tasting Notes 2

June 13, 2017 - This is tertiary and savory, showing a ripe and dusty bouquet of red fruit, pickled strawberries, cherry cola, and a tangy spice component. Sweet on entry this turns lively and racy, with wispy minerality, blood orange acidity, and a herbaceous, dead foliage character. The remaining fruit dries out on the finish but overall a tasty wine.
