January 30, 2012 - Dark garnet color with asian spice, dark fruit, and a bit of smoke aromas. On the palate, medium bodied, with fine grained tannins, great fruit, good balance and plum, asian spice, vanilla flavors. aging nicely! Medium finish100% Zinfandel. The vines are over 100 years old, head pruned, and dry farmed.

July 20, 2010 - Slight reduction on the nose with strong berry character. Blackberries, boysenberries, and toast on the palate leading into a mocha and cear finish with blackberries and raspberries. Quite good, very fruit forward.
