December 11, 2014 - Domaine End of Year Party (Chicago, IL): On the rich side of a Puligny, this had a lot of citrus fruit going for it, and sadly, I felt it came off a bit flabby. Lacked mineral and acidic cut. On the other hand, there was still decent character and it hadn't gotten so over the top to become awful.

August 27, 2014 - Chablis Fest (Shaw's Crab House - Chicago, IL): This was my first time trying this producer. A big and rich styled Puligny with lots of lime, orange, and lemon tones. It had really nice balance on the palate - despite its weight, it never felt slick or too blowsy. I'm interested to try more of this...

March 13, 2014 - Third bottle I have had so far and this was the best. It still pays to cellar this wine, it has a great future ahead. Amazing complexity of white fruits and chalky minerality. Pure and elegant, as I often find with Arnaud Ente's wines. Great and long finish. Marvelous.
