May 26, 2011 - This is still holding up nicely for a 2008 Rose. Dark red in color. Sweet smelling nose, candy like, cherry Jolly Rancher and a little earth and white pepper. The nose seems more intense than my previois bottle. One dimensional on the palate though, all sweet cherry coming through with a lenghty finish for a rose.

January 4, 2010 - Terroir-istes International - Rose-France, Australia & South Africa (Rodwell House): Grenache-led blend - Partridge's eye in colour,
The nose exudes boiled sweets, vibrant red fruits along with grapefruit.
Light and refreshing, there is a coolness and sinewy texture alongside some rich and ripe berry fruits. There are almost white wine notes here alongside cherry. Slight phenolic twist on end. Not bad.
