December 11, 2023 - Deep yellow center and clear rims. Dried apricots, vanilla, minerals, and apples.

Streamlined and a bit lean but long and fun to drink. I don't see any benefit to holding this wine.

October 22, 2022 - Third vintage of this cuvée this year. The 2006 is the most opulent with ripe yellow fruit at the fore. Matchsticks and minerals in the background. The mid palate is weighty for Coche, yet the finish is crisp and maybe a tad shorter than expected. Terrific but not up to the recent bottles of 2007 or 2009.

December 16, 2021 - PNP. Beautiful nose of struck match, flint, lemon and spice. Palate is deeply flavored with more orchard fruit than citrus. Firms up in the glass, this is beautiful and drinking wonderfully.

July 11, 2021 - Booming from the get go. Reduction, sulfur, subtle smoke, beautiful golden yellow fruit, more orchard than tropical and with superb mineral and acid. Weighty and powerful with a density and oily texture reminiscent of top Montrachets and appendages. Elegant floral notes too. Youthful and fresh with some development, mostly showing on the palate. Not fully bombastic but pretty flashy. In a great place for drinking right now but no rush.
