January 24, 2010 - Light color. Mix of sangiovese and barbaera. Pleasant and bright, but not complicated.

Tasted August 15, 2009 at the winery.
Garnet color in the glass. slight dusty looking. Nose starts with a bit of blueberry giving way to strawberries, red berries and a dash of smoke. Flavors of black cherries, black berries and a dash of strawberry on the clipped finish. Light to medium acidity, medium to firm tannins, light to medium body. Drink over the shorter term.
