December 31, 2011 - Crisp with subtle citrus and green apple on the palate with nice floral notes. Did not detect the sweetness others have noted.
January 22, 2011 - 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (Sue's): Nice apple and almond qualities on the nose, with flavors of apple and pear. Dry and crisp, with a persistent mousse. Very nice.
October 8, 2010 - Excellent but a tad on the sweet side and not as dull bodied as the brut.
April 25, 2010 - The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Matt & Jody's): Very pale color. Notes of green apple and mineral lead to a focused palate featuring a fine bead and flavors of citrus, apple and stone.

Lively bubbles conmtinue even after 30 minutes in the glass. Pale wheat color.Nose of pear and light citrus. Vanilla, pear, and hints of green apple with rich texture on the palate. Lingering finish, some tartness, lemon zest and hints of minerals. Overall a very nice wine with great QPR.
