May 30, 2021 - Nose - Peat, coal, light floral notes, black pepper, chili spice. Palate - Surprisingly mellow and almost mute at first, then a big punch of smoke and spice. Finish - Smoke and pepper.

June 8, 2020 - Selon moi, c'est le Islay le plus textbook qui existe. Tourbe présente mais bien balancé, sel, poivre, quelques épices, complexité et longueur extraordinaire. De plus, il est plus gouleyant que Corryvreckan, pour 50% du prix, c'est un no-brainer.

April 28, 2020 - Nose: Campfire, bacon fat, sea brine, seaweed – bacon wrapped scallops!
Palate: Smoky, salty, gravel, peppery, herbal and medicinal, iodine, spicy but smooth.
Finish: Coals, spicy, lingering flavors from the palate. -

January 28, 2020 - Nice floral and fruity aromas, along with the peat. Flavor is more peat dominated, with salty and earthy notes.
