  September 24, 2021 - Classic Cally cab. Drinking very well now. Brambly black berry, pine bark, cedar with herbal undertones and green pepper. Still some tannic structure for several more years.

  January 28, 2016 - This definitely is the typical PF Red. Upon opening, had that funky aroma, and in tasting had what appeared to be green notes, a definite flavor profile of the Cab Franc. Is not my usual flavor profile,but as it opened, it drank better. Think this still has some years left, wont open the next for a year or so to see how it progresses.

  November 8, 2015 - very full bodied fruit nose with cedar . Stunning big mouth feel with strong aromatic cedar on palate.

  March 16, 2013 - Cherry, cassis, tobacco, hint of chocolate and green pepper and eucalyptus. Still tannic - needed over an hour to start to open up. Chewy tannins with black fruit with olives and chocolate. Hot on the end. Still quite tannic - if you have more, hold them.

  February 18, 2013 - Restaurant wine. Expressive nose of black currant dark cherry, licorice and tobacco. Medium plus body of Cherry, currants, sweet tobacco and espresso. Long silky finish.
