October 17, 2014 - Consistent with previous note. Maybe better!

April 27, 2014 - I was prepared to not like this wine because of its high alcohol, but there is so much more going on that you really don't notice the alcohol. The wine is actually very well balanced. You will never mistake this for a burgundy, but its a very well made American pinot with a lot of life left in it. Great bright and dark red fruits competing for flavors. Very good finish.

June 29, 2013 - Garnet. Berries and anise in the nose. Taste was similar to some others at the tasting, perhaps a little young yet.

September 18, 2012 - Delicious. Full- bodied Pinot that opens with a dense nose of forest berries and a hint of vanilla. Smooth bright flavors of strawberry and sandalwood with very light tannins. . Finishes long. Maybe another year will be better but I'd hate to wait that long.

July 5, 2011 - Sweeter than I might have expected ... the dark broodiness of previous bottles was not there. Nice, not spectacular.
