November 25, 2013 - Teenage bottle for a teenage daughter's BDay……..creamy and yeasty…tiny and alive citrusy bubbles brings youth to the aged pit fruit, slight baked apple….wonderful mushroom/creme brûlée mousse…bright lemon, white flowers, candied ginger, crushed minerals. Smooth and balanced…..96 white burg comes to mind……a really tasty and intelligent domestic sparkler! Happy bday Grace!

March 6, 2011 - 50+5+12+15+7 Nose of yeast and and crisp macintosh apple. Mouthfeel was rich but a bit flabby. Overall a disappointment, the non-Late disgorged Le Reve is much better.
