May 16, 2022 - Still in the bubble, but it’s starting the downhill transition.
Fruit still shines, smooth from mid to finish, delicious really.
Drink now -24 IMO why wait.

December 18, 2018 - Nice blueberry and smoke on the nose with pepper, blueberry, heat and a shortish finish. Drink now.

May 7, 2018 - Drank over 2 nights - better on night 1 but still good on night 2 so this should continue to age well. Black/dark purple in the glass and fair amount of sediment. Poor notes after that. Saline, olives, blackberry & blueberry on nose - similar palate ex. olives. Full body and big fruit, but structure to balance (medium+ acidity, tannins integrated and long finish). 92-93

    This has aged extremely well.

April 12, 2018 - Reticent nose but great length and full round mouth. Not overtly fruity fruity but very dark earthy fruity. Well rounded and big. Could still use a few (or more) years.

Last bottle in 2022 for another point or two?

January 8, 2018 - Decanted for 15 min. Still 2 years left. Tannins dissipated. Terrific fruit but not overwhelming by CA standards (European palates would chafe though). Balanced. Some pepper, blackberry and dark fruit. Long finish. Terrific. Had it with a sausage sauce pasta. This is the last of my 4 bottles. Wish I had more. There’s no better value imo (and I’ve had many of the elite SoCal syrahs at >$200 bottle).
