  May 15, 2015 - Had not tried a bottle in 4 years and time has mellowed and matured the wine. It is not as syrupy or sweet. Red fruit on the nose, strawberry and cinnamon on the palate and a nice finish. Went well with the mixed grill I served it with.

  August 19, 2011 - Cranberry in color. Nose is blackberry, forest floor, a little barnyard. Palate is Red raspberry with a bit of mint and spice on the finish. Direct, striaght forward Pinot but very nice balance and full of fruit.

  April 23, 2011 - Decanted for 2.5 hours before dinner - opened with big berry nose and flavors, continued with a defintie raspberry taste and finished the same way. Almost syrupy. Think I would prefer more with chocolate cake than short ribs. I will try it as a dessert wine the next time out .
