June 19, 2023 - Tally mini vertical: Impenetrable colour, with ruby rim. Cassis, pencil shavings, violets, and just a dash of Coonawarra mint. Super intense and long on the palate. Dark berry fruits and touch of game. This is a classic. Deeply satisfying. Comfortably Cru Bordeaux quality. Beautiful now and should last as long as you want to keep her. (95 Superb wine)

May 19, 2023 - Drank this at Tunglok Signatures at Central for dinner with my wine mates. Theme of the evening: Wines from 2006 Australia.

Dark, inviting purple in colour. On the nose, the fusion of blackberries, cassis, and dark cherries, together with hints of cedar, tobacco, and earthiness makes this an attractive and interesting wine.

On the palate the wine is is rich, layered and velvety smooth, with a good balance between fruit, oak, and tannins. The flavors of ripe blackcurrants, plums, and black cherries are enhanced by layers of dark chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of spice. The wine's depth and complexity unfold with each sip, leaving a long and satisfying finish.

This is my third encounter with this wine and am impressed by the longevity and age-worthiness of this wine. Very well crafted Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia.

April 24, 2021 - Perfect place right now. Still very much alive. Plum, blueberries, blackberries, cedar, graphite, chocolate, violette and leather
