  June 9, 2019 - Whow! Klar und kühl, sehr frisch. Klassische Bordeauxnase. Am Gaumen eine tolle Statur, mächtig aber mit perfekter Balance. Eher dunkelbeerig nach Johannisbeeren und Brombeeren, Teeraromatik. Tragende Säure und gut eingebundene Tannine. Ein ganz grosser, roter Österreichischer Bordeauxblend, im ersten Trinkfenster, dem noch langes Leben bevorsteht.
  
  Tag 2 - heute vielleicht etwas ruhiger, abgeklärter als gestern. Nicht mehr so mächtig und druckvoll, eher ein überlegener/weiser Wein. Wirklich ein grosser Vertreter des Österreichischen Rotweins.

  June 8, 2019 - Beautifully perfumed... with notes of deep dark fruit, cassis, dark cherries, plums, also some red fruit, tobacco, sweet spices, smoke and graphite. It's pretty full bodied, with, with medium-high acidity and very good length. A very good Bordeaux blend from this excellent producer.

  December 23, 2018 - "Close to the edge" defines the status of our last bottle. If you still have one or more in your cellar - go for it - and no more decanting ! :)

  November 19, 2017 - Last check was in '14 and i have it much "fuller" in my mind. Or at least now it 's origin is much more unrecognizable now. From the nose and taste i would immediately shout out Bordeaux. No decanting necessary. We'd recommend to anybody who still has some bottles of the 06 vintage left - go for it - immediate fun, otherwise keep in mind that this will be developing further into a very elegant bordeaux-like wine and might loose even more of it's "fullness" or original character.
