January 2, 2018 - This Malbec was deep and rich but suffered from an overwhelming alcohol burn. By the third day the alcohol had calmed a bit and the wine was much more enjoyable. It was deep purple with complex notes of black fruit spice and coffee. It could have been a great wine without the alcoholic burn.
