    November 25, 2022 - 醒酒两个小时,深石榴红色,闻香有些许坚果,皮革和肉鲜,一些氧化的果味例如话梅,泥土气息,以及充分陈年的橡木桶带来的香料味。入口酸度高,单宁紧涩,有些抓人,颗粒细腻,酒液咸,收口甜,咸橄榄的口感,带着坚果和话梅味,融合的香料感,后段有酒精感,余味香草奶油和辛香料味。橡木桶主导的一款老酒,展现出充分陈年的复杂度,如托斯卡纳一般的酸度,又有新世界的甜,有氧化特征,果实的能量已经不那么强,带着草本植物的咸橄榄味,处在适饮期末期的一款酒。

    January 29, 2016 - Mid red at the rim - toasted oak and dark fruits on the nose. Quite plump and soft, after 2 hours' decant it did become a little more interesting - a well made "poule de luxe".

    September 13, 2015 - My friend Yannis who opened this bottle suggested it might have not been stored well, but I found nothing wrong with this bottle.
    Mature and complex nose full of ripe fruit, chocolate, coffee and hints of violets.
    Velvety on the palate, velouté-like with lots of fruit compote like plum and red berries. Very nice wine.

    September 11, 2015 - Quite evolved. Medium to dark garnet. Sultanas, noticeble florality, sweet spices, coffee, evolved cherry, blackcurrant and berry fruit. Sweet, with silky tannins and perfect balance. Almost long aftertaste. At peak.
