June 6, 2021 - I want to like this wine. It has really come around, and is very drinkable, however, this will never be a great wine worthy of being an homage to Maurice Drouhin. Tannins are receding, leaving copious fruit, but the fruit is a little prunish. Drouhin Clos des Mouches blows this wine away in any vintage.

February 18, 2019 - Drinking well at the moment. Lifted floral notes and cherry on the nose. Good structure on the palette. Acidity, fruit, and tannin are in balance. Cherrry with a cranberry edge. Still primary fruit aromas just going into secondary. Definitley more fruity than earthy. Structure remaining suggests this is just entering peak drinking window and there are many years still left in this wine, 5-10 at least.
