December 21, 2009 - Decidedly yummy as I was expecting a more typical sweet viognier. This wine is sweet but more on par in character with a Sauvignon Blanc. Green apple jolly rancher nose. Green apple follows the palate, with slightly high acid and a crisp finish. This wine would be great chilled on a hot summer day with a light cheese plate.

July 22, 2009 - interesting nectarine, pear notes; too oaky and a bit too heavy for my taste.

July 1, 2009 - Sonoma-Napa Trip Day 6 (RRV and DCV): Fairly crisp style of Viognier with light apricot fruit and moderate acidity. Okay.

June 22, 2009 - Citrus pineapple nose leads to similar taste. Refreshing and stands up to sausage and chili. Great with cornbread
