December 24, 2013 - Good, not great Pinot. Solid overall. Good food wine. Like a baseball player who has warning track power... needs a little more oomph.
November 26, 2012 - Very thin after pulling the cork. Was surprised to see it improve greatly a day or two later, but it was still a bit thin.

August 21, 2010 - Santa Cruz Mountain & Santa Clara Valley Tastings: Cherries and raspberries on the nose. Soft cherry fruit on the palate, adequate acidity, obvious oak influence and some light tannins. Needs time for oak to integrate and seems likely to improve.
March 28, 2010 - Pinot Paradise 2010 (Technical Seminar on Yeast Influences, and Grand Tasting) (Villa Ragusa, Campbell, California): Dark cherry red color; nice ripe cherry, spice nose; silky textured, oak, tart cherry, spice palate; medium finish
March 7, 2010 - quite good. maybe a little pricey but definitely a great Pinot. had w Jaime and Lanya.
January 29, 2010 - Perhaps a bit over-oaked, but definitely underrated.
November 15, 2009 - Tasting Room Tasting: Although a Gold medal winner, not obvious to me why. A light, well made wine with "forest fruit" (raspberries?) flavors and a crisp, smokey finish that feels a bit spicy. Will food bring it out?
