  March 30, 2024 - Opened 24 hours in advance as standard for CNDP. Smelled rich and heavy on opening, the day of slow ox made the whole difference, fresh, elegant and the perfect pairing for salt marsh lamb shoulder roast. Elegant and long with aromas and flavours of red and black fruits.

  May 26, 2023 - Drinking very well, but aging quicker than expected. Pop & poured. Took about 30 minutes to really open up, then drank best in the next 60 minutes. Big, smooth. Still lots of dark briery fruits and spice upon entry and ends with herbal and dusty leather notes. No rush, but recommend drinking within the next 5 years.

  February 24, 2023 - An outstanding bottle. Slow O'd for two hours, decanted for two. this followed a Saint Prefert Charles Giraud, which was maybe a point better (for want of anything more useful to say), but this, too, was wonderfully balanced, well integrated, and drinking beautifully.
