February 19, 2021 - Amazing quality for the price. At 15 years of age this wine is still in its' secondary stage of development. Dark red with no browning, abundant fruit, subtle eucalypt/menthol, faint mint, cedar, luscious body and good length This wine has another 5-8 years left in it easy. 93
December 13, 2015 - Absolutely a pointe. Sweet Coonawarra fruit, secondary characters, good length, smooth, very expressive nose. You can't really ask for much more from a wine such as this. Really quite spectacular given the relatively low expectations.
June 3, 2015 - What a lovely smooth well developed wine. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
July 22, 2012 - Lovely fruit, some sweetness nearly cassis like but with a good length of acid and plenty of spice from the oak - pretty much all in balance with fine powdery drying tannins - good
November 16, 2011 - Lovely elegant red fruit, frine drying powdery tannins and evident oak - nice but slightly worried about the oak, may integrate further
May 2, 2010 - Minty fruit, spicey oak and nice length supported by frim tannins - will improve over the next couple of years = but still a very nice varietal coonawarra cab.
