May 9, 2016 - Good but not great. A bit too much oak and could use a little bit more freshness. I wanted to love this but it wasn't as great as I'd hoped.

April 1, 2016 - Is still drinkable after 10 years. Very grassy. Soft mouth feel. A little dry, but smooth. The high alcohol content is noticeable by the end of the bottle.

November 26, 2015 - Deep honey/amber color. Nose presents aromas of macro sugars and caramel, with an initial highlight of butyl that took a while to burn off. Sensuous mouthfeel and a moderate finish. Flavors of Cedar (?), honey and citrus (lemon peel) with a floral character on the front palate. Really a marvelous wine, though it didn't pair well with Thanksgiving flavors.

August 9, 2015 - Fantastic bottle that has aged wonderfully. Still very fresh and bright with notes of slightly honeyed white stone fruit, beeswax, and white flowers.
