December 16, 2023 - Developed light red berry aromas, not unlike a Burgundy, while the palate is sharp, dry and tart, and typical for Nebbiolo. More Nebbiolo aroma markers after a while, with flowers and some tar.

November 26, 2022 - This was really delightful. Heavy sediment (should be decanted). This wine has older flavors, more secondaries than fruit, but still tastes very young. Some red fruit, a lot of tangy, spicy, mineral flavors, lots of floral scents on the nose, (with some hints of eucalyptus maybe?). The finish doesn't really linger, but is quite pleasant.

December 6, 2020 - Far more fruit and resulting harmony in this wine over the previous bottle (02.05.2020). Excellent with mash and casserole. Not up there with the most excellent offerings from Piemonte, but far better than many other odd bottles from both this producer and many others. In my experience there is far too much negative bottle variation to warrant confident purchases.
