November 22, 2012 - Poured to a medium golden coloring. Initially there was a glimmer of acidity on the back of the palate which faded after about 15-20 minutes. The nose gave off hints of candied orange peel, followed by some citrus and apple. The wine had a creamy profile without being cloying and the vanilla was subdued. A very good wine and probably nearing the end of its peak.

November 8, 2012 - Shock HORROR deep yellow/gold color- FEAR ? PREMOX. On nose OXIDISATION. Underlying fruit excellent but palate tainted by oxidisation. Managed, in view of extraordinary price $$$$$ to consume a glass with poached salmon -just. What a shame from a supposedly extremely highly regarded Nouveau Vigneron.

January 21, 2012 - Amazingly good all the way. Complex and jazzy at the same time. Medium body yet very fulfilling. Good nose and superb on the palate. About 100 eur in a Fishmarket res.
