March 22, 2024 - No disgorgement, base, or dosage info. Light gold color with a fine mousse. Medium+ intensity nose of bread dough, apples, and melon. Kiwi and passionfruit flavors enhanced with a little honey. More acidity would be welcome, but very much a crowd pleaser, and I have no problem being in that crowd. 4+11+16+8= 89

September 18, 2021 - Mycket citrus och lite brioche, viss mineralitet i eftersmaken. Helt OK men inget minnesvärt. Lite klen till maten, torsk med tryffelgräddsås. Har en flaska till men den får vänta några år och så får man se hur den utvecklas.
