June 10, 2023 - Beautiful color, OK nose, lacking depth on the palate and not a long finish. Still good. Drink.
December 3, 2022 - This beautiful late harvest wine drank like a wonderful apple/peach nectar. Still has a nut base and the sweetness was contained perfectly. Some slight florals but nothing over powering. Loved it!

June 21, 2021 - Delicious sweetness, vibrant orange-honey clean mid-palate, and lovely acidity that paired exquisitely with the shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, and caviar that we had for dessert. Subdued finish, but still, what could be much better with this seafood, I wondered. -Father's Day at dad's. 6-20-21.

December 7, 2018 - Love this wine, 06 for this day; has gained a little darker hue, is drinking phenomenally well, has lost a bit of its acid edge, but wow it’s still awesome. Best Sauternes style in Napa still and ages beautifully. Apricot, honey, candied orange. Just delicious.

July 14, 2017 - Great dessert wine, nice aromatics, apricot flavor, not to sweet with nice balance and finish. Drinking very well and evolving.
February 16, 2016 - My dessert wine at the wine group dinner tonight at Two Chefs. Great balance, not cloying at all. Tasted of cinnamon and cloves
January 30, 2016 - Very disappointed the cork was dry and crumbled. Some of the cork found it's way into the wine as I was not able to surgically remove it. Bottle has laid on it's side the entire time I owned it. Was hoping to have the bottle in the fridge and enjoy over time, but now facing prospect of cork taint which is lame. It was good juice but should be for the cost compared to a Sauternes.
